US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick revealed on the All-In Podcast that 1,000 cards were sold on the first day, generating a staggering $5 billion in revenue.

The program aims to attract wealthy individuals seeking secure US residency without the burden of global taxation. Unlike US citizens, who are taxed on worldwide income, Gold Card holders will only be taxed on income earned within the United States.
